Fill out the dog/cat adoption screening form if you are interested in adopting one of our dogs/cats or becoming a foster home. If you are interested in fostering a dog/cat please write “interested in becoming a foster home” for the answer to the question – Which dog/cat are you interested in?
Fill out the Master Owner Surrender Form if you are interested in releasing your dog to The Shelter Animal Project. Please note there is a fee associated with surrendering your animal to TSAP. All dogs are put through a thorough temperament test before being accepted into the rescue. If your dog is a candidate for our rescue and is up to date on vaccinations and altered the surrender fee is $125. per dog. If your dog is not up to date and/or not altered the surrender fee is $200. per dog. The surrender fee is payable in cash or credit card. Please send your completed form to [email protected]
